This removal is achieved through dissolving air in water/wastewater under pressure and further releasing air at atmospheric pressure in flotation tank/basin. With released air forming tiny bubbles, these bubbles adhere to suspended matter that causes suspended matter to float to water surface where these are be removed through skimming device.
