The Refrigeration Test Rig comes with 2 versions:
VERSION 'A' - DIGITAL : This version comes with complete Digital measurements. It consists of Pressure Indicators with Transducers in High Pressure and Low Pressure Lines with Holding Facility. Power/Energy measurement is done by a Digital Power meter. Individual Digital Temperature Indicators are provided to measure the temperatures at various points. Other parts are as mentioned in the standard parts list.
VERSION 'B' - ANALOG : This version comes with complete Analog measurements. It consists of Analog Pressure Indicators in High Pressure and Low Pressure Lines with Holding Facility. Power/Energy measurement is done by a Energy meter. A Single Digital Temperature Indicator with channel selector is provided to measure the temperatures at various points. Other parts are as mentioned in the standard parts list.
STANDARD PARTS:
The setup consists of a 1/3 hp Hermetically Sealed Compressor with R134A as the Refrigerant, DM 50 drier & an Air cooled condenser. Thermostats are provided for maintaining temperature at requisite conditions. Pressure indicators & Temperature indicators are provided to measure High & Low pressures and temperatures in the flow lines with simultaneous holding system for taking readings. The whole arrangement is mounted in a aesthetically designed self sustained sturdy frame with NOVAPAN board control panel. The control panel houses all indicators, accessories and necessary instrumentations.
