Vibration Isolation System Design services offered by us involves technical understanding of existing vibration, noise, acoustic/ shock problems and to provide information regarding how these problems are related to machine/ structural performance. Design of Vibration Isolators for Structures and Heavy Machinery:
Many machine tools & mechanical equipment have dynamic deflection and stiffness requirements for meeting their support foundations and/or structures. Here, we conduct modal analysis of various sub-components in the system by using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and choosing appropriate mounting points for suitable foundation & appropriate isolators. We specialize in the design of:
    Vibration isolation systems
    Foundation isolation beds

Design of Shock Mounts for Equipment and Structures - 
    This includes conducting transient shock wave analysis using nonlinear FEA followed by understanding of the kind of damping required in system (for example, if electronic equipment are to be protected, then high damping requirement is a possibility)
    Only after this the damping system for various axes of vibration is designed
    After the dampers are installed, the response is analyzed
Design of Foundations for Buildings to Improve Resistance to Earthquakes -
