We manufacture a wide range of Hi-expansion Foam Generators, which is considered an additional piece of equipment to compensate high expansion foam generator with larger outputs. Our range is compact, and can fit neatly into the fire engine locker as standard equipment. Being light in weight i.e. only 16 kg, these can be easily carried by one man to the scene of the fire.

Specification:

The main body of the unit comprises stainless steel casing, a fan driven by four water jets operating at inlet pressure, four nozzles to spray foam solution in front of high velocity air, an inline inductor (in-built) for foam suction and nylon foam making net.

Performance:

All inlet pressure refers to pressure at the generator. One can have a 35% drop across an inline inductor, so the pump or hydrant pressure to the unit will be higher. The following details are all nominal measurements.
