The Auto R.O.P.P. Cap Sealing Machine for Bottles available with us are employed for applying R.O.P.P. cap on round as well as flat, rectangular shaped bottles. This machine is suitable for carrying out uninterrupted processes in various operations. The designing of this machine includes a rotary cap feeder hopper and a built-in slat conveyor. The hopper feeder assists in the online capping by feeding the caps on the bottle necks for standard height of caps. In its operations, the bottles enter the machine in a vertical position, and when the bottle reaches the end-chute, the automatic cap feeder places a cap for its shoe. This capped bottle is then moved to the sealing head for the tight sealing of the cap. This machine is heavily employed for pharmaceutical, liquor, food, agrochemical, edible oil, lube oil and other packaging applications.
