We started our operation by working for M/s Mavels ltd, who is renowned manufacturer in the industry and catering their huge requirement of energy meter components.Our organization stands on fair business practices and ensures complete transparency in the business dealings. To feed the varied needs of the functional automobile meters and its parts, we fabricate our products with utmost precision with the assistance of top-of-the-line infrastructure and advanced technology. We follow stringent quality policies and procedures to assure optimum quality in our products.Also, over these years the company has grown consistently with experience and professionalism and is registered with Director of Industries, Haryana, as a Small Scale Unit and is also registered with Excise and Sales Tax Authorities.

Product Profile

Our distinguished range of product includes energy meter components and metal stampings like curtain holders’ blades, auto meter front ring, auto meter brackets, meter mainframe, gravity bearing and housing. Along with auto mobile meter parts and meters, we also supply and manufacture conveyor roller that are widely used in the industry. Our products are made from high grade raw material like mild steel, stainless steel, brags and many more that are procured from certified vendors.The entire range possesses some outstanding features which make them more demanding unlike others. Our Promoters

Our organization was promoted by the Mr.Gurpal Singh Bedi, who is an professional engineer, who has an immense experience of 15 yrs in the industry and in some of the well known companies at Sr. Engineers Level and has wide exposure to Equipment selection, tools design & Fabrication as well as shop management.Working under the able guidance of our mentor, Mr. Manjeet Singh, we have achieved greater heights in the field of automobile and satisfactorily forging ahead in the market. 

Our Team

With the support of strong infrastructure base that includes well-structured and fully equipped units, we are able to provide precision engineered products. Our mechanized manufacturing unit spread within an area of 1000sq.feet is well equipped with Latest technology which facilitates economical and quality production that finally leads to greater customer satisfaction. This unit is located in an Industrial area where all need based support for new tools, fabrication, equipment’s maintenance and tool Maintenance facilities are easily available.The various production processes undertaken by us are as follows:

• Welding     
• Strengthening

The above mentioned processes are effectively carried on our incorporated machines to provide final products that are in compliance with international standards on quality & performance. Some of the machines installed at our unit are:

• Hydraulic machines
• Polishing machine
• Chemical etchers machine
• Lathe machine

Along with these, we have power presses, testing equipments that are in tandem with evolving scientific module. To Power the Equipment’s installed, we have connected load of 20KVA from DHBVNL Ltd. and a stand by KIRLOSKOR. Moreover, outside support can also be availed from us for supplementing the facilities by getting additional jobs and operations done from other Local Sources.
