We are a leading supplier of Tray Dryer (Second Hand) that is ideal for drying in conventional process. The tray dryer offered by us has a double wall cabinet that has one or two doors, and the gap is filled with high density glass wool insulation material to prevent excess heat transfer. Gaskets are present on the doors and the movable trolleys have stainless steel trays.In order to ensure uniform air circulation in the drying chamber during the process, dynamically balanced axial flow type blower fans are provided in these dryers. These Tray Dryers also have a control panel board with a process timers that acts as a digital temperature controller cum indicator as well. The capacity of these tray driers ranges from 6, 12, 24, 48, 96 and 192 trays. We also offer standard & GMP models that are available with SS 304/ SS 316/ MS internals and externals. The stainless steel trays in these dryers come in S.S. 304/ S.S 316 quality standards.
