Stackers with telescopic masts cannot be used in low ceiling conditions like working inside a container, a lift or even pass through door openings of low heights. Under these conditions a Full Free Lift or a Full Free Triple Lift stackers is used. The capacity and the maneuverability of the stacker however remains unchanged.
The lift is achieved through a three-stage arrangement. A centrally placed primary cylinder achieves the first stage. At the end of this stage, the shut height of the equipment remains unchanged. This stage is termed as FREE LIFT. The second and third stages are attained subsequently by two side mounted secondary cylinders.
The FFL and FFTL versions with its high lift and low shut heights are suitable for almost all applications.
