We are offering H Brand Dyes (mononchlorotriazine) which are processed using dyeing and printing methods for the fixation of cellulose material. Owing to their low reactivity and substantivity, these require more severe conditions for fixation. For the optimum fixation, these require a long steaming time and high thermo-fixation temperature (with urea). At water temperature of 80oC -85oC, these get readily soluble, and then water is poured over the powder and stirred well. On low concentration of substantivity, these dyes produce tailing. The tailing can be avoided by the use of small padding troughs at constant level and further, operating at highest running speed.
