This machine is referred to as a "one man factory for production of carbonated beverages. One can make soda, fill it and cap the bottle on one machine, thus saving space and power required for multiple operations. It can give an output of approximately 400-500 bottles per hour. Adjustments to accommodate bottles of various capacities is extremely easy and fast. This time tested model is ideal for low investment /start up ventures in carbonated drinks. Despite being economically priced, this machine is capable of consistent quality and reliable performance. These machines are available in three different configurations. The basic model uses a manually operated pump (ideal for areas where power supply is erratic), this can be upgraded by adding an electrically driven pump, reducing manual labour, one can upgrade it further by adding an electronic pump controller thus automating carbonation. The filling and capping operations in all variants are manual.
