SPICES CLEANING SYSTEM consisting of Air Cleaning, De-stoner, Chilly Drum 

cleaner.

SPICES DRYING SYSTEM consisting of Batch type Tray Dryer & continuous type 

Rotary & Multi deck dryer. 

SPICES ROASTING SYSTEM consisting of Rotary Drum Roaster.

SPICES CRUSHING SYSTEM consisting of Chopper for making crushed chillies for

Pizzas topping & crushing spices before drying to save precious power.

SPICES GRINDING SYSTEM consisting of two stage grinding system with

Pneumatic Conveying system, Rotary air Lock Valve & Open Or Closed-type Dust

Collection Unit for complete dust-free operation.

SPICES BLENDING SYSTEM consisting of Ribbon Blender with optional Oil spray 

system.

SPICES PACKING SYSTEM consisting of Form-Fill-Seal Machine for packing of 25gms, 50gms, 100gms, and 200gms pouches & Bulk Packing system for 25 Kgs. & 50 Kgs. Export Packing.

The Hi-Tech spice plant comes with Automatic feeding by continuous “Z” Type Bucket Elevator & Screw Conveyors & Pneumatic Conveying system with Reverse pulse jet closed type dust collection unit for complete dust free operation, Hi-Tech scrubber unit for complete Aroma free operation & with All product contact parts in Stainless Steel.
