Laksha Green Roots a sister concern of GMG Real Estate was established in 2008, in Salai Road,Trichy. It was incorporated to realize the dream of "Land For Everyone“ by Mr. G Murugessan. It is an effort to create a venture that is aimed for the masses.

We have inherited the heritage of GMG Real Estate and the commitment of providing a land for everyone. Laksha Green Roots is a unique project as it proposes to transform unused land into a green stretch by afforestation. It is our central belief to provide land at nominal prices and to share the returns from the timber of the green belt area between all its members. Our customers can also then utilize the land as best suited to them as a farmhouse, park, community area or as they wish.
