Beta Pinene-95 offered is also known by the chemical name of 6,6-dimethyl-4-methylidenebicyclo[3.1.1]heptanes and is a colorless to slight yellowish aspect of liquid with a terpenic and coniferous odor. Its purified from selected gum turpentine and has a Molecular Weight of 136 g/mol, Purity of 96% min, Density of 0.867 - 0.870 g/ml and Refractive Index of 1.477-1.479. The product has in it 0.01% of Alpha Tocopherol with solubility in organic solvents and insoluble in water. Characterized by dry woody, resinous odor, the extract is perfume grade material that is recommended for flavor as well as technical fragrance formulation. It can be offered in packaging of coated drums and containers of different weight capacities.
