Air Knife Standard Air Blade is easy to install and maintain. It can reduce both compressed air loss and noise levels. It produces a “laminar” flow of air using the Coanda effect. This draws a large number of air from the surrounding area along with the small amount of compressed air from the Air-Blade. It also provides an output flow up to 30 times. The air knife system payback on compressed air savings can be seen in some applications. 

Features:

- The low-cost Air Knives are rugged with a multiple port design for mounting flexibility. It is coated for longer life compared to competitive products that advertise a full flowing air knife type of system.

- It is made of a coated aluminum build and hard-coated cap. Stainless steel models are available for high temperature and corrosive applications.

- The various air inlet ports at the back end in a compact design with additional mounting holes.

- Airflow amplification is about 30:1 compared to 3:1 for pierced pipe or open jets and tubes.

- There is an instant on-off mechanism with no moving parts. There are no electricity or explosion hazards.

Air Knife Accessories: 

- In addition to water removal filters and oil removal filters, air knife accessories combine extra shims and coupling kit for X-stream air knife Air Knives to join group pieces.

- You can remove oil from a Compressed Air Usage utilizing the oil removal filter with automatic drain. This is right if there is oil in the compressed air lines.

- Calculating Compressed Air Consumption for the Standard Air Blade is possible in the chart provided. Likewise, calculate Air Savings as shown in the example.

- Remove Water, Dirt, and Rust From a compressed air system using water removal and oil removal filter with programmed drains.

The Pressure Control adjusts the pressure in Air Knives to optimize flow and production needed for production.
