We have been able to manufacture, export and supply a wide range of Straw Reaper. This harvester is used for cutting, threshing and cleaning the straw in one operation.
KARTAR Straw Reaper offers a working as a drummer where it performs the function of cutting, threshing as well as cleaning the straw in a single operation. Here, the wheat stems which are left after the harvest harvest are cut using oscillating vanes while the rotating reel helps to push them back towards the auger. It process involves stems being returned to the machine through the auger and guide drum where it reaches the beater cylinder that cuts the rods into small pieces against concaves.

(3) Straw Reaper is a chopper that cuts, slits and cleans straw in one operation. The wheat stalks left after the combined harvest are cut by oscillating blades while the rotating coil pushes them back towards the auger. The rods are conveyed into the machine by the auger and the guide drum which reaches the threshing cylinder which cuts the rods into small pieces against the concavity.
(4) It offers superior separation performance. The short fragment (straw) falls through the bars of the concave. Double fan running just behind pushes the straw to the attached trolley and separates the dust particles.
