JRD Extruder’s Scroll & Liners are made from EN41B material, Nitrided Hardened & Polished

Barrel Zones are Steel Fabricated with Jackets for heating & cooling.

Scroll speed:  Variable scroll speed for different products.

Our  Extruders are based on advance 2 stage Radicon Helical Gear Box with inbuilt thrust handling bearing assembly compared to conventional worm reduction ones. This ensures better productivity and higher efficiency.

Feed Opening is with hardened power driven feed roll and hopper ensuring accurate feeding of rubber strips to extruder.

Advance Extrusion Pressure System ensures excellent quality extrusions.
