Power saving of 20-25% based on direct drive & anti friction roller bearings.
JRD Mixing Mills are fitted with 3-stage helical reduction gear box from Radicon. Its connects drive motor to the rear roll coupled with anti friction roller bearings instead of bush bearings result in a substantial reduction in power consumption
Uniform thickness of rubber sheets through nip adjustment based on worm gear.
Operator safety through standard features of Emergency Stop Cradle, Electro Hydraulic Brake and Roll Reversing.
No water leakage during roll cooling. Rotary joints used are with mechanical sealing system.
Optimums space utilization with our compact machine size.
