We provide super culture high impact biocomposting system, which is an exceptionally powerful consortium of bacterial & fungal species. These microorganisms are chosen on the basis of their effectiveness to decompose cellulose matter to pure organic compost, which is extremely essential as fertilizer/manure in agribusiness. Our fertilizing the soil framework also plays a vital role in efficient management of spending wash for sugar factories with distilleries. Based on advance technology, our reach is viable to compost of agrarian waste / residues to produce great quality farm yard manure.

The strains are chosen through rigorous determination criteria. Together these, strains produce different cellulytic enzymes such as pectinase, hemicellulose, cellulose and other enzymes such as amylase, betaglucanase, which are vital for composting of sugar factory press mud and other cellulytic wastes. Each strain is either thermophillic (or) mesophilic in nature. Accordingly, they can withstand the high temperatures 70 to 80° C during the composting process.

The waste to be decomposed should be destroyed into pieces not more than two inches. It should be spread in the windrow/heap form of approxi 3x3ft. The moisture substance of the waste is should be around 15 to 35%. Our culture should be uniformly mixed or sprayed on the stores with turning. After the use of super culture the heap mush be turned occasionally  in each  3 to 4 days for effective and quick composting. The consummation of fertilizing the soil should be judged legitimate. Generally  a fall in temperature to room temperature, non appearance of any foul ammonia such as smell and brown humus like color shading are basic properties to be noted to judge the finishing  of fertilizing the soil.

Dosing guidelines are for farm yard manure like cow dung 1 Kg/ton, for press mud -1.5 to 2.0 Kg/ton, for plant wastes such as dry leaves, stems, etc. 2 to 3 Kg/ton, for City / Municipal waste – 1 to 1.5 Kg per ton.

Use

Mixing of  10gms of Bio-vert with 1liter of water and to prepare slurry, at one time miox required quantity in the spray tank and ahake well and spray immediately after the preparation on soil and leaves and also spray to wet the leaves on both the sides. It can  be applied at any stage of crop improvement, including pre-seedling vegetable growth and  fruiting. The dosage is 2 Kg. / acre.

Advantage

It eliminates the use of costly and harmful chemical insecticides.It can be used at all stages of healthy plant growth and leaves no residue in the food.

Caution

Try not to  mix with chemical pesticides (or) insecticides at the time of application. Store in cool place far from direct daylight and warmth.

Composition

The composition of Super Culture - Aerobic Biocomposting System is 1.5% Verticillium Leccani, 90.5 % W/W carrier (Talc), 8.0 % Moisture, 0.5 % Binder and Potency is 1x109 CFU when Packed.
