Technical Description of Pug Cutting Machine
Cutting Capacity : 0-300mm Thick mild steel (Approx). Bevel cutting 75mm thick up to 45 either side of vertical.
Cutting speed Range : 190-830 mm/ with 220 volts AC, 1s Hz, 1/2 HP electric power motor with rotary resistant control
Cutter PMC-3 : Vertical adjustment 70mm injector type-Horizontal adjustment 90 mm. Gas Hose connections 1/4" BSP LH for fuel gas & RH for oxygen.
Standard Accessories : A-16 cutting Nozzle (1-16"), A-12. Cutting Nozzle (3/64"), 9 Mtrs.3 - core cable, hose nut spanner & head nut spanner.
On Request : Pug cutter headcan also be supply in Nozzle Mixing head w/o injector
