  • After spraying Vertimust fungus it's conidium’s adhere to the host cuticle and germinate.
  • Its pointed hyphae penetrate inside the insect's body and causing internal destruction of it.
  • During the course Vertimust fungus secretes toxins viz. Cyclodepsipeptide & Dipiclonic acid and Enzymes viz. Chitinase, which causes death of the insect.
