Thermal  insulation coatings applied at high atomizing pressures exceeding 2000 psi with airless technology offer the most innovative in  heat management technology and are specially formulated containing a thermal non conductive material which contains vaccumised borosilicate ceramic micro spheres, on application it forms a waterproof elastomeric seal in the form of a monolithic uniform membrane that also bridges the hairline cracks. This coating has a variable permeability which means that it becomes watertight in contact with water and will breathe out water vapour when dry. Hence preventing  the growth of microorganisms on the applied surface

This coating also acts as a thermally efficient blanket by providing protection from ageing, UV rays and normal weathering. increasing the life of the structure It reflects and dissipates radiant heat up to 97% and does not allow it from entering the structure resulting into a net cooling effect which will reduce air conditioning costs to the extent of 30% This means it will start to pay back the amount spent by way of savings in energy bills.
