Globally billion of dollars are losses every year due to erosion & corrosion of civilian building structures & industrial manufacturing plants. Heavy corrosion results into shutdown of mfg. plants & loss of precious manufacturing operations.Manufacturing plants of minerals & organic acids, alkalies, salts, fertilizers, dyes & intermediates, distilleries, food products, petrochemicals spill, leak, emit, and discharge effluents corrosive chemicals at very high level which finally erode cement concrete building structures and erodes metallic structures.

Protection of building & industrial structures is a major problem in front of the world. Conventional  polymeric coatings / paints, & polyurethane coatings are generally  used to protect concrete & steel structures. There are limitations to these coatings such as life span & corrosion resistance to a wide variety of chemicals.

This heavy duty protection coating system is based on thermoplastic polymers. It protects concrete & steel from highly corrosive environment . It even protects from the  worst concentrated minerals acids, alkalies etc. which is not possible with conventional
coatings/paints  PU coating systems for a sufficient longer period.
