Manfacturing Facilities:

Three winding machines equipped with Variable Speed AC drives to get soft start, uniform constant tension on conductors. Two machines are provided with facility of speed range selection by three stepped pulley in addition to the Variable Speed AC Drives.

Vacuum Impregnation (Under Pressure) Plant:

One preheating oven to preheat the coils (80/100c) to remove moisture before impregnation (under pressure) in vacuum. One curing oven for curing the impregnated coils at required curing temperature (100/180) suitable for class F/H varnish.
