Frame:

The Frame is composed of

    The top part of the frame 6 legs in aluminium.
    The bars are in alloy 6060 T5 (EN 573 standard) epoxy painted.
    The linking parts are in a ALUMINUM 2017 anodized in black Axles, screws and bolts are made of stainless steel.


Main canvas:

It is made of a polyester fabric and PVC coated on both sides, It is assembled by high frequency welding process.

Snow Load:

The Utilis TM series of shelters were tested in accordance with Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) Interim Test and Operational Procedure (ITOP) for Snow Load Testing of Softwall Shelters at APG in accordance with Test Operations Procedure (TOP) #10-2-175.

Rain Intrusion:

The Utilis TM series of shelters were tested for Rain Intrusion in accordance with US Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) TOP #10-2-175 as detailed in report number ATC- 9100 (Addendum 1) dated November 2006.

Wind Load:

The Utilis TM series of soft shelters successfully passed the 55 mph sustained and 65 mph wind gusts in accordance with ATEC TOP Document #10-2-175.

Detectability:

Utilis USA worked to develop a single outer skin that meets the blackout and near infrared signature.

Capability observers at 100 meters and NVGs at 300 meters attempting to detect light leakage from the interior of the soft shelter during normal
