The entire production process which includes mould making, moulding, machining, assembling etc, is done in house to maintain quality standards.

The product is fully designed on CAD/CAM system before enactment of production of dies in the tool room. We have fully equipped tool room to make and develop precision moulds, dies, jigs and fixtures in house to manufacture bathroom products as per the drawings developed by the fully competent and proven designers. The plastic parts of the bathroom room products are moulded in house on fully automatic machines and on fully automatic and hardened moulds to give excellent finish and quality in the plastic parts. The other parts are made of brass, stainless steel, synthetic rubber, silicon rubber etc. The in house production systematically follow to the tests and inspections in each stage of production beginning from raw material purchase to the packing of finished goods.
