The main impeller of the granulator has precise minimal clearance with flat bottom of processing bowl in combination with chopper mounted on side wall, gives desired high shear mixing. The entire process is fully dust free and automatically discharges the material.  In these granulators, consistently identical batches are produced with shortest batch time & hence, these consume less energy. Apart from pharmaceutical industry, these are also used in food, and chemical industries.
