We offer Salt Free Water Softener with max flow rate 3000 - 9000 lph. It reduces hardness to below 50 ppm when input water hardness is about 400 ppm. This range of Salt Free Water Softener finds applications in Effluent Treatment Plant Tanneries Water Treatment Plant, Paper Mill Water Treatment, Textile Waste Water Treatment and many other areas of operation. The range has output capacity 1800 ltrs/hr. If the input water hardness is about 400 ppm, it will reduce it to below 50 ppm.

Water Conditioner - This system is an environment friendly alternative for Water Softener, these is not chemical reduction in the hardness, but the positive effects of Soft water is realized by using a technology called TAC (Template Assisted Crystallization - Nano Technology innovation). There is no chemical and no routine maintenance except for a small mesh to be washed depending on the dust in the incoming water. There is no chemical reduction in Hardness level in the treated water and there is no chemical measurement involved in the system. TransWaters TAC Technology based water conditioner system is the latest in technology, environment friendly system, which works on the principle of physical water treatment. The '' Salt Free'' SCALE CONTROL MEDIA is a catalyst with molecular patterns on its surface (a matrix) on which, depending upon the calcium and magnesium carbonate content of the water, calcite crystals begin to grow on the matrix. When the produced calcite crystals reach a size in the range of nano - meters they detach from the matrix and are carried away by the water flow. These calcite crystals are heat resistant and can no longer cause scale deposits. The treated water coming out of the '' Salt Free'' SCALE CONTROL Media is also able to remove existing scale.
