Overview
Incastt Machines has been started to manufacture and supply quality machines to the investment casting industry. Incastt Machines is setup, essentially, as a dedicated manufacturing unit for production of investment casting machines. This unit was found necessary in order to achieve greater focus on the machines building and consultancy activities.
I have worked as a partner in Laxminarayan Colloidals – a chemicals manufacturing company, since its inception in 1986. I have been responsible for the start and development of both the Consultancy Div. and the Engineering Div. there. And its 'works' is located at Hebbal Industrial Area, Mysore. The facility includes a well equipped fabrication setup, a control panel design and manufacture facility, a design center and a good assembly line, along with a painting station.
Bangalore has been a centre for hi-tech machine building for a long time. Coimbatore has an equally good reputation for quality machines at economical prices. The location chosen for Incastt Machines is with the intention of getting the best benefits of both these cities. Lying almost in the centre of Bangalore and Coimbatore – Mysore is ideally positioned.
We build machines with tried and tested designs, quality workman-ship and with excellent value for cost. Our experienced team is not only familiar with the investment casting machines, but is also well versed with the investment casting process itself. This ensures that our machines contribute to good casting quality and low running costs.
We manufacture and market products that are indigenously developed by us, through our extensive in-house R&D efforts. We do not deal / market any product, not manufactured by us. During the past 15 years I had the opportunity to study independently each of the basic U S technology, the basic UK technology and the basic Russian or East European technology. I have also been instrumental in adapting the above technologies to the Indian conditions and to the materials indigenously available.
