The Air Welding Rectifiers offered by us are developed keeping in mind the DC welding current requirements of operations that have 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC mains power. These run on voltages ranging from 415 to 440 V, and are manufactured from 100 % copper wound. This equipment is ideal for conducting manual arc welding operations.
These rectifiers are suitable for manual arc welding of:
Pipes in all positions where welds of high radiographic standard are required
Non - ferrous metals
Low - alloy, corrosion , heat and creep resisting, steels
High efficiency energy saving
Mild steel at sites where AC welding power may be unsuitable
The STS may be Supplied with
Suitable ammeters & volt meters for direct reading of the welding current
Remote current control devise as optional extras
