Our dicalcium phosphate is a dibasic calcium phosphate, which is also known as calcium mono-hydrogen phosphate. Usually founds as the dihydrate, di calcium phosphate can be thermally switched to the anhydrous form. It is perfect in structure and is used as a dietary supplement in processed breakfast cereals, enriched flour, noodle products, and dog treats. Submitted at market leading price, it is also used in poultry feed. 

Di-Calcium Phosphate submitted is used as a food additive and is known by the chemical name of Dicalcium Phosphate Anhydrous.

Usage:

In the food production, it is used as the leavening agent, dough modifier, buffer, nutritional addition, emulsifier, and stabilizer e.g. it is used as leavening agent for flour, cake, pastry, bakery, as the quality modifier for bread, and fried food. Also, be implemented in biscuit, milk powder, drinks, ice cream as nutrient supplement or quality improver. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is often used as an additive in the producing of Calcium Tablet or other tablets. In daily chemical industry-toothpaste, it is done as friction agent.
