     Himgiri okra is the choicest variety of okra. They are frozen through the most advanced I.Q.F (Individual Quick Freezing) Technique. Himgiri® Frozen okra are as nutritious as fresh okra.

We pick only the small, young okra pods, because the smaller pods are typically the most tender. The smaller the pods-less than 3 inches and preferably closer to 2 inches-the better .Larger okra pods may be over-mature and tough.
Our okra has a fresh, clean appearance, with a good green color .We discard okra with a darker cap and which appears shriveled, dry, or decayed as it indicates that the okra has been stored too long.
