Himgiri Mushroom is the choicest variety of mushroom. It is frozen through the most advanced I.Q.F (Individual Quick Freezing) Technique. It is frozen with in few hours of picking from our sister concern Aahar Mushroom Products.

The bigger the mushroom, the inferior is its quality. Hence, we select only button mushroom.
    We avoid mushrooms with "bruises" or ones that are shriveling. We discard any mushroom that feels slimy.

About 700 gm of Himgiri Mushroom is approximately equivalent to 1000 gm of fresh mushroom owing to the processing or initial heating step, which results in shrinkage -so you get more for less!
