Himalaya plate bending machines are designed to work on the pinch cum pyramid principle.

The machines based on this principle combine the advantages of three roll pyramid type, three roll initial pinch type and four roll pinch type machines. The highest degree of pre-bending can be achieved, as also an error in pre-pinching can be corrected even after the shell is completed.

Can bend jobs such as thisafter first insertion of the plate, pre-pinching and rolling operation can be completed without removing the plate from the machine. The machines are with inbuilt facility to incline bottom rolls and the inclined movement of bottom rolls provides wider bending span as the plate thickness increases and better grip in thinner plates.

Many accessories are available to enhance the versatility of the machine. Central shell support, side shell support, section bending arrangement, top roll drive and hard chrome plated rolls for dairy equipment production.
