We provide a wide range of Balloon Squeezer Machines that are used to open, untangle, extract, stretch and well compact knitted fabric continuously in a single operation. These machines solve the problem of creases and wrinkles caused by dewatering of knitted fabrics with a traditional hydro extractor. Balloon squeezer machines bring two semi-continues operations into a single, continues process of extraction and plating. The magnetic stretcher at the outlet of 2nd nip performs the functions of width setting and overfeed. The stretcher frames are held in position by magnets, thus avoiding the need to change the stretcher frames for different diameters of the fabrics. Equipped with hole detector sensors, motorized expander, sensors for open close maximum limits, and controlled by PLC, the magnetic stretcher gives value addition by reducing the manual labor and improving the output quality of the fabric.
