Established in the year 1996, we, Gurucharan Industries, are engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting a wide range of Plastic Processing Machines & Single Screw Extrusion Plants, along with allied machinery. Fabricated using high-quality raw material, these plants are widely demanded in allied industries such as plastic, engineering and automobile. Our range is known for attributes like power efficiency, superior conductivity, heat resistance, and easy assembly.

 Initially, we started our business by offering Single Screw Extrusion Plants. But, soon we got engaged in the manufacturing of Twin Die and Four Die Blown Film Plants in HMHDPE/LDPE/LLDPE Blown Film Plants, and Twin Die in PP Blown Film Plants, which became widely popular as power and labor saving devices. Our diligent workforce maintains a strict vigil on the production process and ensures that our range conforms to the highest quality standards. With our extensive in-house testing facility, we are able to design the range in compliance with international quality standards. Also, our team of experienced quality controllers assists us in carrying out extensive checks at different stages of production processes, starting right from the procurement of the raw materials to the final manufacturing of the product.

Thus, all these activities enabled us to export our range to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Ghana, Congo, Angola, Uganda and Mauritius. Our company is continuously progressing under the able guidance of our promoter, Mr. Jayakar Shettigar, who has 34 years of experience in the field of plastics. His wide industry experience and in-depth knowledge in the operation of plastic extrusion, has helped us to undertake vast research in the field of extrusion of films with allied machines for the past 14 years.
