Product Details:

•     Construction: Industrial Tray Dryer having cross-directional horizontal (Motorized fan-blade) “OR” vertical (Top/Bottom mounted motorized blower) air-flow system by flange mounted motorized fan for rapid drying of material kept inside. Inner chamber made of MS and coated with heat resistive silver paint or SS-304 (20 G) as option on request.
•     Outer Chamber is made up of heavy duty angle/channel frame structure coated with hammer tone Grey paint finished and door with asbestos square gasket with heavy duty hinges and ball-catch lock. Provision for trolley arrangement for feeding material inside the oven can be provided on request. Approx 70-75 mm of high density glass wool insulation is provided in-between the two (outer & inner) walls.
•     Temp. Range: Ambient to 250ºC.
•     Power Supply: 230 v, 50 Hz / 440 v (3 phase in STAR MODE Connection with Neutral) depending on size.
•     Uniformity of air-circulation: ±3 % of the FSD .
•     Heater: Is made up of SS finned type tubular Heater with special HOT+COLD ZONE type designed & taken out of oven on back or side wall of OVEN with cover for easy accessibility.
•     Control: Temperature Control by Imported Hydraulic Capillary THERMOSTAT mounted on panel with all status Lamp Indication with 3 phase power supply.
