The acid oil plants we design and develop are valued for their resistance to corrosion and the disintegration of concentrated chemicals. Our range of acid storage tanks have storage capacity up to 65000 liters which can additionally be customized according to customer requirements. Acid storage tanks are capable of reserving any type of acid.
Palm Oil Dryfraction:
To produce high quality olein and stearin, the Glamptech dry fractionation plant is designed to allow selective crystallization of different tryglycerides in edible oil. Glamptech Dry splitting station you can count on the production of stable and filterable crystals giving you a product to meet your standards and quality requirements. The Glamptech dry fractionation system is designed to treat raw, pretreated or RBD palm oil. This makes the process simpler without any hazardous waste for the product environment.
The process consists of 5 steps.
1. Heating the feed oil
2. Crystal Formation by Controlled Cooling
3. Crystal growth
4. Crystal Maturation
5. Filtration to separate olein and stearin
The crystallizers are equipped with a double row circular cooling coil and a multi-stage variable speed stirrer. Crystalliser are designed with a large cooling surface, which ensures that the accumulation of crystals does not occur. The variable speed stirrer contributes to gentle agitation, which keeps the mass of oil moving without allowing stagnation near the cooling coil. If desired, Glamptech can also equip your dry splitting system with a computerized distributed control system tailored to your needs. This combines all operations into a fully automated unit. We can do the filtration either with a rotary drum vacuum filter or with a membrane filter.
The filtration is carried out by the vacuum created by the vacuum pump and the filtrate is collected in a receiver equipped with a moisture trap. The vacuum is generated by the vacuum pump with water ring. The suction force creates a continuous and constant suction head under the submerged part at 20 ° C to 25 ° C of sludge. The vacuum sucks the olein into the receiver. The stearin forms a form layer on the filter cloth attached to the rotating drum. When the drum rotates, the progressive drying takes place at the end of the revolution. The cake is blown back to air and using the scrapper blade, stearin is discharged into the collection tank, which is supplied with a steam heating device for the melting of stearin, and then Transported to the storage tank by the pump. The olein in the form of filtrate is collected in the receiver and then transported into the storage tank.
