We offer Hot Tip Galvanizing Plant, which is used to combine metals such as zinc and steel to make it corrosion resistant. The galvanizing plants are extremely easy to use, maintenance free, energy efficient and provide accurate temperature control. Our hot tip galvanizing plants exhibit following features:

• 100% ceramic fiber modular lining system for maintenance free operation.
• The burners can be operated with LPG/natural gas, LDO, LSHS, HSD.
• Energy efficient burner and combustion system manufactured by North American, Hamworthy, Pyronic, Wesman, Bloom, Hauck, Krome Schroder, Continental and Eclipse burner.
• Pulse firing technology using fast acting solenoid valves operated by time proportionate PID (Proportional Integral Derivative Controller) system to maintain the furnace temperature uniformity of +/- 5° C.
• Maximum operating temperature: 1150° C
• Nichrome 80/20 heating elements are held together using nichrome 80/20 grade 10 swg hooks. High alumina ceramic washers are used in the top and bottom of the corrugation to prevent slippage of heating elements. The end terminals are made of AISI 310 grade rods in the hot zone portion and AISI 304 grade in the cold zone near the shell. The rods are fitted using a syndanio sheet for electrical isolation.
• Automatic temperature controller and paperless recording system to record time Vs temperature curve. The complete data will be stored in a computer hard disk and can be printed in a conventional printer.
• Auto and manual air/oil ratio control system with 100% stoichiometric firing.
• Furnace automation and industrial automation with SCADA system on turn key basis.
