The GRS palletiser is a compact palletising system with a maximum capacity of 600 cycles/hour. It features a vertical bag lifting device, rotation head and an adjustable bag layer guide for precise overlapped or non overlapped bag placement and a perfect vertical pallet stack. The bag lifting system is integrated within the guarded palletiser boundary to save floor space and so that the system can be positioned almost immediately after the discharge point on the filling and closing line. The GRS palletiser can also be delivered as a semi automatic version without empty pallet magazine and roller conveyor. In this version the empty pallet is placed on the floor and the finished pallet removed by hand pallet truck. An automatic palletising system can automatically recognize objects of different shapes and sizes and can serve several line at the same time. It is fully automatic and ensures safety, speed and great reliability and also have great throughput and are capable to serve different production lines with different types of products.
