FRIENDS AUTO INDUSTRIES (REGD.) has been an integral part of the Indian Automotive Industry since its inception in 1957, when to manufacture "ENGINE VALVE GUIDES" in India was a distant dream. FRIENDS took up the challenge and converted this dream into reality. Our daily production of 50,000 components, featuring a range of over 300 applications has truly earned us the nickname of "KING OF VALVE GUIDES".

All our products are manufactured with utmost precision from high Quality Alloy Cast Iron and are examined precisely at every step of production. 

INFRASTRUCTURE 

FRIENDS always endeavours to acquire a close insight into the requirements of its customer. To keep the desired metallurgical constituents in control, we make use of the “Induction Furnace” and well equipped “Chemical Laboratory”. For the manufacturing of Gauges and their calibrations. We have well maintained gauge rooms and standard rooms. All this is systematically laid out in an area of 15000 sq. yards. 

The highly sophisticated infrastructure makes it possible for us to design and manufacture any valve guides as per the customers specifications in the shortest time.

At FRIENDS paramount importance is given to Quality and therefore the QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL is an  integral part of the manufacturing process. In fact the Quality Assurance process starts with the receipt of order when all customer specifications and requirements are carefully studied and process chart is developed. The process control chart developed for the customer is used for the production and strictly audited by the Quality Assurance at every manufacturing stage.
