Precision Air Classifiers are high precision two way separators working on the terminal velocity principle for the separation of aero-dynamically lighter material from heavier material. Lifting velocity is dependent on the shape, surface texture and density which affects the aerodynamic behaviour of the product in the air stream.

This machine exemplifies the ingenuity of engineering and makes the most complex separations very simple.

Working on the principle of differentials of lifting velocity, this machine will most efficiently separate aerodynamically heavier material from aerodynamically lighter material. The lighter material is carried with the controlled air stream to a setting chamber, while the heavier material is discharged out through the air-lock spout.

The Precision Air Classifier can very efficiently separate all the hairs, fibers, burnt and dust in a single operation as aerodynamically lighter materials. It is also ideal for separation of hulls, husks, shells from decorticated seeds.If stones and other seeds are also present, these will be discharged with the heavies. The Precision Air Classifier can be used in processing of all dry granular materials like grains and cereals, grams and pulses, spices and hybrid seeds, oil seeds, plastics, rubber and other waste material.Since there are no moving parts coming into contact with the raw materials, there is no physical action whatsoever except for the movement of air, on the material particles.
