"Forsberg Agritech (India) Pvt. Ltd". was incorporated in 1992 for the manufacture of the Forsberg range of machinery in India. The Company had a collaboration with the world famous FORSBERG INC., USA to manufacture separation machinery in India.

The promoter of the Company is Mrs. Nivedita Thakore. The promoter has distinguished careers in leading corporate organizations of the country and have accumulated wide knowledge of the business spectrum, particularly in relation to the Foods Processing Sector.

Mrs. Nivedita Thakore is a Bachelors in commerce, Masters with Management from M.S. University, Baroda and B.Sc. Honours in Economics from the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science, U.K. She specialized in Economics of Industry and Trade.

Mrs. Nivedita Thakore has wide industry experience and has worked with renowned corporations and business leaders of India. She was executive officer of Dr. Kurien, the pioneer of the milk revolution in India and also has worked on several Rural Development Projects with institutions such as NABARD and World Bank funded projects under the Ministry of Agricultural.

The pioneering efforts of the promoter has led the Company through a period of rapid growth and expansion. In its years of operation, Forsberg Agritech has supplied machinery and manufactured turnkey projects to over 500 enterprises in India, U.A.E., Tanzania, Uganda, Nigeria, and other countries overseas. The Company has a well recognized client portfolio consisting of several industry leaders.
