Working:
The Gate valves are large to accommodate the yoke and stem mechanism
They fully open the full bore design provides an uninterrupted flow pat
Often used fully open or closed, for on/off isolation and not used for modulating flow control duties
Variants include solid and flexible wedge gates, double disc gates, through conduit valves, parallel slide valves and knife gate valves
Globe valves are designed for flow control or on/off isolation of fluids and have straight patterns, angle patterns, oblique patterns and needle designs with a large variety of internal seat construction variants to handle High Pressure flow control duties
Provided with a choice of metal body options and trims
Globe valves are widely used throughout industry
Globe valve designs consist of o.s. & y type, rising spindle and bolted bonnets
The valve comprises of a solid rotating plug type disc which is fine lapped
Back seat facilities provides easy replacement of gland packing under pressure
Extra deep stuffing box ensures fluid tightness, long packing life and low emissions. We offer globe valves with special packing, suitable for thermic fluid temperature up to 425º C
A check valve is a mechanical device, a valve, that normally allows a fluid to flow through it in only one direction
Check valves are two-port valves
They have two openings in the body, one for fluid to enter and the other for fluid to leave
Various types of check valves used in a wide variety of applications. Although they are available in a wide range of sizes and costs, many check valves are very small, simple and cheap Check valves work automatically and most are not controlled by a person or any external control; accordingly, most do not have any valve handle or stem
The bodies (external shells) of most check valves are made of metal
Salient Features:
Body & Bonnet made from high quality Castings
The Forgings are precision machined for high performance
Leak Proof Body-Bonnet Joint With Spiral Wound Gasket
Die molded Graphite (Grafoil) Packing Rings, controlled clearance between stem, gland and bonnet bushing for guaranteed low emissions and also suitable for higher temperature
Deep stuffing box is providing for tightness and maximum long packing life
Swinging Eye Bolts provide easy access to the stuffing box
Back seating feature provide repacking of the stuffing box on line with the valve in fully open position ( incase of Gate and Globe valves)
Satellite Wedge/Disc, Seat Ring & Back Seat can also be offered on special request
