Chilli Roaster is used for roasting chillie along with various types of Spices products like Coriander, Fenugreek seeds, Fennel (Saunf), Bay leaf / Cinnamon leaf (Tej Patta), Cumin (Jeera), Sesame, etc.

It’s better to roast the Crushed chili rather than whole Chilli, to get better roasting results. 

The indirect heating cum roasting process is carried out for removing moisture contents, increasing the self-life of the Products, to maintain the texture and colour of the product and for aroma enhancement. 

The indirect heating of the product can be achieved by heating the outer jacket through Electrical oil immersed heaters, using oil as medium. The temperature is controlled using digital temperature indicator cum controller. The ideal roasting temperature shall be about 120 -180 Deg. C, depending upon product and customer requirements.

The Constant temperature with constant time gives Consistency in Quality. 

The Chilli Roasters are available in Sizes ranging from 22 Ltrs. to 5000 Ltrs. Higher size machines, can also be fabricated as per customer requirements. The chilli roasters can be fabricated in either full Stainless Steel 304 or Contact parts in Stainless Steel construction.
