Other Details

In an inverted airbag, the bags are attached to a cell plate at the bottom of the bag chamber and suspended from an adjustable suspension frame at the top. The dirty gas stream normally enters the bag chamber and passes through the bag from the inside, and the dust collects inside the bags. The reverse air bag compartment is compartmentalized for continuous operation. Before the start of a cleaning cycle, the filtration is stopped in the compartment to be cleaned. The bags are cleaned by injecting clean air into the dust collector in the opposite direction, which puts the compartment under pressure. The pressure makes the bags collapse partially, causing the dust cake to crack and fall into the hopper below. At the end of the cleaning cycle, the reverse air flow is interrupted and the compartment returns to the main flow. The flow of dirty gas helps to maintain the shape of the bag. However, to prevent total collapse and friction of the fabric during the cleaning cycle, the rigid rings are sewn into the bags at intervals. The Reverse Air-Baghouse system is used where the volumes of gas handled are enormous. 1993. The first project in the company's history was for a Reverse Air Baghouse catering at 1.00.000 Am3 / h capacity. ECOMAK can supply Reverse Air Baghouse up to 30,000,000 Am3 / h.
