The Vibrators, we offer are known for high performance and help to attain continuous and free flow of bulk material from bins and hoppers, and through chutes. Furthermore, these are also used on screens in order to increase their capacity, to eliminate air pockets and voids on forms. Also, useful for containers to increase their weight contents for packaging machines and other such material handling equipment. The Vibration in the system is obtained with the help of a spring floated body, which is acted on by a, powerful electro magnet. The magnet is also energized by the pulsating current that is provided through rectifier. Besides, the amplitude of vibration can be adjusted as per the application requirement ranging from zero to full by means of a controller furnished with each vibrator. Based on latest technology, the electro magnetic of vibrators ensures to eliminate the mechanical and pneumatic parts, bearings eccentrics, chains, belts & valves. Thus, the system requires low maintenance in the absence of the moving parts.
