This horizontal Cream and Distemper Filling Machine is useful for filling gels, paste, cream and many more semi-liquids in bottles and tubes. Furthermore, these machines are used in various chemical, ayurvedic, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Our machine contains stainless steel piston cylinder assembly, a cam arrangement, a hopper and oscillating valve. The gear box is connected with a motor that drives the valve to and fro for sucking the material released from the hopper. It also discharges this material through the nozzle. In addition to this, by rotating the eccentric cam, any fill volume can be adjusted (as per Syringe) on the gear box output shaft. At the time of order, these fill volumes can be achieved by simple selection of the size of cylinder.
