Sterilizing Tunnel offered by us is a tunnel like area that is responsible for dry heat sterilization & depyrogenation of products like containers, vials, bottles and ampoules. The containers are sent to sterilizing tunnel through conveyor belt & sterilized with the help of heated air flow, which is generated by means of fan and heater.
These highly efficient sterilizers make effective use of laminar air flow for sterilizing glass vials / ampoules & bottles. The air flow can also be controlled by adapting the rpm of the fan during the heating phase. Pharmaceuticals

Four Zone Construction: Drying, sterilizing, cooling and stabilizing zones
The drying, cooling & stabilizing zones is minipleat DYNA seperator less HEPA filters, with supply air to the modules taken from the room & most of the air quantity exhausted
Sterilizing zone is a recirculatory module with DYNA Hot minipleat seperator less HEPA filters, with Incoloy heater elements placed in the air path
All structural elements are available in duly passivated steel
