The Vibratory Screens ( electro magnetic) designed & developed by us are an innovative equipment, which allows long trouble free continuous operation. These efficient gyrotary screens are circular in shape, and have three multi-plane components that can be adjusted as per the need of the application. This mechanical vibrator has a gyroscreen at its core, and the motor has double extended shafts, which are fitted with variable eccentric weights at each end. The motor is firmly placed on a circular vibrating table, on rugged springs. Many interchangeable spacing frames are fitted with a screen cloth, and have discharge outlets as well as tension rings. The frames can be placed atop each other on the vibrating table, using clamp rings.

    Greater capacity per meter square of screening area & oversize material is discharged, with much less percentage of fines than other screening machines

    More accurate screening

In order to eliminate binding, this product offers anti-blindng characteristics for material having inherent blinding characteristics. The gyrocscreen multiplane action restricts the usage of screen clothing to the minimum.

During operation, the screen cloth is held between uniform tension rings, and the drum tight screening surface vibrates rigidly, and does not allow flexing of wires. This action reduces the wear & tear of screen considerably, and enhances the service life of the product.

This products effectively controls vibration, and does not require any special flooring or foundation. These screens can be placed on many types of areas like, top of bins, wood, upper floor, as well as light structures that are not designed for vibratory screening equipment.
