Profile Established in the year 2000, D.S.T. Industries is engaged in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) supplies and exports of Die Castings and Tool & Die Making. We deal in both Zinc and Aluminum Die Cast parts. We can carry out Zinc Die Castings from 5 Gms to 300 Gms and Aluminium from 50 Gms to 900 Gms. These products are manufactured as per buyer specified / international quality norms. We have comprehensive in house testing facility to satisfy any required industrial standards. In Tool & Die making we undertake complete die development as per clients requirement. We are in the process of establishing a complete electroplating (nickel, chrome, gold etc) line with electrophoretic lacquer (EPL) facility. Our professionally managed setup and vast industrial experience of promoters and employees has kept us growing at the rate of more than 50% consistently over the last decade. Quality Assurance We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization from internationally acclaimed certifying agency-M/s Intertek. Quality begins right from the point the raw material enters our factory. Each alloy batch is Spectro Analysis and the report is sent by our vendors. We carry out 3rd party analysis on a sample basis to ensure quality supplies. The machine parameters are regularly monitored for consistent output. This output is dimensionally and mechanically tested at several stages for consistent quality. The finished products are also checked once again before dispatch and a PDI report is generated and sent to the client.
